The brief was to create a kitchen that felt light, bright and welcoming while remaining true to the cottage’s original character, balancing timeless design with the practical demands of everyday life.

Every element of the room has been carefully considered to maximise both space and functionality. Crafted in our Linton collection, the cabinetry has been made entirely to measure and finished in Powder Blue, bringing warmth and colour to the heart of the home while complementing the cottage’s traditional features.

A made-to-measure day pantry keeps everyday essentials beautifully organised and close to hand, helping to maintain clear work surfaces and a sense of calm throughout the space. Beside it, a thoughtfully designed dining nook combines a dining table with built-in bench seating, concealing generous drawer storage beneath.

The classic proportions of the Linton shaker door feel perfectly at home within this period property. Paired with the elegant Calcott handle by Hendel & Hendel, the cabinetry introduces subtle heritage detailing that sits comfortably alongside the cottage’s existing architecture.

Beautiful finishing touches continue throughout the room, where the warm brass tones of the hardware are echoed in the Club wall lights by Jim Lawrence, creating layers of soft lighting that add warmth and atmosphere.

Alongside its traditional aesthetic, the kitchen embraces modern functionality through carefully considered details.

A Quooker tap provides instant boiling water, while practical storage solutions are seamlessly integrated throughout, ensuring the kitchen feels effortless to use.
